Poetry
We will study poetry throughout the semester as it pertains thematically to other units. We will read, discuss, and analyze poetry in class, and then you will be finding your own poetry and analyzing it within a “poetry notebook” to be turned in towards the end of the semester.
On the day the poetry notebook is due, we will have a “Coffee House Day” where everyone will do a “poetry reading.”
