To Kill A Mockingbird: We’ll see a Powerpoint on some background information and continue reading. You’ll be on your own with reading after Monday. We’ll take a quiz over the first seven chapters on Thursday. Visit the TKAM page for more info.
No vocabulary this week!
We’ll finish up discussing short stories and take the unit test on Wednesday, 2/18. “Buried Alive” paper is due on Friday, 2/20. “Story Talk” presentations are due Monday, 2/23.
To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee: We’ll begin with some background and start reading together in class. Then you’ll be on your own. See the TKAM page for the reading schedule.
We’ll take a punctuation pre-test and start a punctuation unit this week, using the results of the pre-test to determine how in-depth we need to go.
Monday-
